Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no operator's license and failure to maintain a single lane. * Konstantinos N. Demopoulous, 50, 1034 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Arrests * Lindsey S. Story, 27, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing. * James M. Compas, 45, 131 Sun Valley Court, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of assault. * Michelle N. Huffman, 19, 2308 North St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of stealing video games. * Jason A. Wahl, 27, 2308 North St., Scott City, was arrested on suspicion of stealing video games. * Allen R. Walker Jr., 20, 416 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance. * A subject was placed in custody on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia. * Robert E.
