Bank of Missouri hires Ziegler as VP, mortgage lending officer

The Bank of Missouri has named Cheryl L. Ziegler vice president and mortgage lending officer. Ziegler brings 28 years of banking experience to the job. Her community involvement includes Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce, Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors, Southeast Missouri Home Builders Association, United Way and March of Dimes.

Watkins earns emergency management certification

Jim Watkins, community emergency response team educator for the Cape Girardeau Fire Department, has completed the Advanced Professional Development Series curriculum in Emergency Management. The Federal Emergency Management Association-sponsored course included subjects such as emergency planning and leadership.
