Police report 10/4/09Sunday, October 4, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. DWI * Edward W. Golightly, 37, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and driving without insurance. * Diane M. Parrish, 41, 471 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. * Kenneth T. Harris, 29, 1110 Wiliam St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, operating an unlicensed vehicle, no insurance and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic and a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear. Arrests * Zachary D. Gwinn, 22, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation. * Charles S. Walton, 26, 2564 Lisa Drive, No. 5, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance. * Britney N. Hendrix, 18, of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor. * Zachary R. Young, 26, 1830 Mulberry St., Jackson, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear. * Cynthia C. Dent, 28, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear. * A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of failing to yield, driving while revoked, improper registration and no proof of insurance. * Lee H.D. Davis, 19, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, noise violation. * John R. Mitchell III, 177 Parkwood Lake, Lot 13, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines. * Whitney M. Shavers, 23, of Homestown, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Pemiscot County warrant for assault and a Dunklin County warrant for dangerous drugs. * A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for robbery. * A 15-year-old was cited into the juvenile detention center for curfew violation. Summonses * Kimberly A. Baker, 45, 1721 Bertling St., was mailed a summons for failure to keep property free of trash and litter. * Richard F. Dippold, 88, 237 Valley Park, received a summons for excessive weed growth at 625 Jefferson Ave. Assault * A domestic assault was reported. Thefts * A wallet was reported stolen at 1624 N. Kingshighway. * Money was reported stolen at 409 Sheridan Drive. * Medication was reported stolen at 121 N. Henderson Ave. * Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline. * A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse reported stolen at the Shawnee Sports Complex. * A PlayStation 2, eight games and controllers were reported stolen at 2863 Whitener St. * A car stereo was reported stolen at 2867 Whitener St. * Claire's Boutique, 3049 Wiliam St., reported a theft of a cell phone charger, rhinestones, earrings, toe rings, rings and fashion glasses. * Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel. * Identity theft was reported. * Two laptops, a digital camera and a PlayStation 2 were reported stolen at 117 Clark Ave. Burglaries * A burglary was reported at 2813 Whitener St. A laptop computer was reported stolen. * A burglary was reported. Property damage * A damaged vehicle was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive. * A vehicle was reported damaged at 23 S. Benton St. Vehicle parts were reported stolen in the incident. * A vehicle was reported damaged at 1916 Montgomery St. * Two vehicles were reported damaged at 23 S. Benton St. * A vehicle was reported damaged and money stolen at 2863 Whitener St. * A vehicle was reported damaged and a debit card, driver's license, cash, checkbook, purse and wallet were reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave. * A car window was reported damaged and a digital camera, bag and wallet were reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave. Miscellaneous * Violation of an order of protection was reported. * Abuse of a child was reported. * Don's Store 24, 341 S. Sprigg St., reported counterfeiting. * McDonald's, 1925 Broadway, reported counterfeiting. * Interference with custody was reported. King, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon. * Justin D. Roach, 24, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation and two counts of receiving stolen property. * Donald E. Rees, 77, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault. * Weylan E. Keasling, 19, of Patton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of violating an order of protection. * Natasha M. Holweg, 30, of Allenville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault. * Andrew L. Cole, 31, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for vehicle theft. * William R. Nelson, 47, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing. * Melanie J. Whitehead, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor.
