Circuit clerk office to no longer handle passports after Sept. 30

The Cape Girardeau County Circuit Clerk office will no longer handle passport applications after Sept. 30, according to a news release from circuit clerk Charles P. Hutson. Its locations in Cape Girardeau and Jackson have processed passport applications since January 2003.
