Police report 9/16/09Wednesday, September 16, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrest * Joshua A. Locke, 24, 1504 Whitener Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended. Summonses * Montrell D. Ferguson, 27, of Charleston, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana. * Matthew C. Benson, 25, 716 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 102, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving. * Anthony J. Figeroa, 22, of Desloge, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation. * Chastity R. Martin, 21, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court for assault. * Shannon K. Marks, 41, of Bismarck, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation. * Kenneth L. Brazel, 47, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation. Thefts * An iPod and accessories were reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave. A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident. * Medication, eyeglasses and black bag were reported stolen at 340 S. Sprigg St. * Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel. * Claire's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of jewelry. A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident. * A 1988 maroon Nissan Stanza was reported stolen at 1401 N. Kingshighway. * Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel. Burglary * A burglary was reported at 1422 Bertling St. A pocket watch and wooden box were reported stolen. * A burglary was reported at 1824 Lexington Ave. Jewelry was reported stolen. Property damage * A vehicle was reported damaged in the 800 block of South Sprigg Street. Miscellaneous * A robbery was reported. Jackson The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
