Automated Service Proposal, Public Events Scheduled

The City of Cape Girardeau has several public events scheduled in an effort to demonstrate the proposed automated trash and recycling program and solicit public input. Residents will have the opportunity to maneuver the wheeled containers and see a video of the truck operating on Cape Girardeau streets. The truck will be on-site at the first public meeting and at the SEMO District Fair Saturday, Sept. 12.
