Letter to the Editor

Kennedy death is great loss

Sen. Ted Kennedy has gone from this world but has left an indelible print on us. He was the last of the famous Kennedy brothers and, although not nearly as famous as the rest, tried every day of his life to help those not as fortunate as he.

He worked his entire career tirelessly to provide everyone quality health care. He constantly spoke about and tried as hard as he knew how to ask others in the Senate to support his concern for those who were not able to afford the necessities of caring for themselves or their families. It is my opinion that we have lost not only a great senator in Edward Kennedy but a dear friend of people like me.
