Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Katie C. Porter, 23, 746 Woodbine St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Lamar L. Robinson, 31, 751 W. Rodney Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* Carol J. Rhodes, 36, 1400 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 84, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud and a Texas warrant for fraud.

Summonses

* Charles D. Mosley, 33, 1854 Martin Court, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Jamihia S. Walker, 34, 812 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Victor J. Pratt Jr., 25, of Mounds, Ill., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Shar'de J. Armour, 19, 1015 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Donta L. McClinton, 21, 926 William St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Sommers S. McCauley, 23, 1036 S. Sprigg St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Brian A. Andrews, 31, 1110 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Jesse G. Kykendoll, 19, 232 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Cantrell D. Jones, 18, 2019 Independence St., Apt. 20, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Angelo Murray, 24, 1103 N. Friederich St., was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Anthony E. Smith, 27, 2040 Broadway, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Truman B. Jackson, 23, 3020 Boutin Drive, Apt. 106, was issued a summons for noise violation.

* Tyran V. Marks Jr., 23, 1213 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for noise violation.

Thefts

* License plates were reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A purse was reported stolen at 611 Lafayette Place.

* Smoke detectors, a mirror, light fixtures and a closet organizer were reported stolen at 623 Perry Ave.

* Golf bags were reported stolen at 1723 Bloomfield St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 234 N. Lorimier St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 3439 William St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 505 Aquamsi St. Checks were reported stolen.

Assaults

* Three assaults were reported.

* A domestic assault was reported. A suspect was arrested pending charges.

Property damage

* A tire was reported damaged at 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Windows on vehicle were reported damaged at 316 S. Lorimier St.

* An entry door was reported damaged at 905 Hickory St.

* Anthony J. Minner, 24, 1225 Brandom St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Identity theft was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Street.

Miscellaneous

* Fraud was reported in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.

* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Mulberry Street.

* George M. Cagle, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Scotty R. Frakes, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Joe D. McDaniel, 62, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Paul A. Winebarger, 55, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Michelle N. Thiele, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Troy A. Crowden, 31, of Delta was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tiara J. Benton, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to signal and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* Mark A. Bunch, 20, of Park Hills, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson County warrant for speeding.

* Rebekah E. Clary, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Tavares D. Dixon, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Mandy M. Hanebrink, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
