Police report 7/27/09

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Robert L. Davis, 20, 424 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 9G, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Cynthea L. Pearson, 46, Springfield, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Aaron L. Wiggins, 26, 313 N. Fountain St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for rear lights repaired.

* Michael D. Maglone, 19, of Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* Stevie K. Carr, 30, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Leadington, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

* Derick D. Tucker, 25, 1015 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration, failure to appear for driving while revoked and failure to appear for no proof of financial responsibility.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 600 block of Boxwood Drive.

Thefts

* Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A robbery was reported.

* A day planner and contents were reported stolen at 164 Siemers Drive.

Burglary

* A tiller, power washer and a hand truck were reported stolen in a burglary at 2354 Rusmar Ave.

* Cash, a DVD player, a DVD and other items were reported stolen in a burglary at 815 S. Benton St.

* A door jamb was reported damaged in a burglary at 1101 Good Hope St.

* A burglary, with property damage and a theft, was reported at 37 S. Benton St.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were placed in protective custody.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 400 block of Spring View Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 100 block of West Main Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of North Union Avenue.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of West Jefferson Street.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Oak Hill Road.

* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North High Street.
