Jackson graduate completes Air Force basic training

Air Force Airman Justin M. Squires graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. Squires completed an eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Squires earned distinction as an honor graduate. He is the son of Denise Squires of Jackson. Squires is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School.
