Jackson 11-year-olds take second in state tournament

The Jackson 11-year-old All-Star team recently took second place in the state Cal Ripken Tournament held in Farmington, Mo.

Jackson went 4-2 during the state tournament, falling to Mineral Area 16-7 on Monday, July 20.

Jackson won the district tournament played in Bell City, Mo. and Advance, Mo., defeating SEMO North for the title 8-7.
