Gilmer - Billups

Krystle Breanne Gilmer and Devon Michael Billups were married Feb. 14, 2009, in a midnight Mass ceremony on the terraces of the Arneson River Theater on the banks of the San Antonio River in San Antonio, Texas. The ceremony was performed in English by the Rev. Joe Sullivan, and in Spanish by Judge Irene Rios.

The bride is the daughter of Gary and Sheila Gilmer of Devine, Texas, and formerly of Chaffee, Mo. The groom is the son of Latrisha and Billy Tumlinson of Hondo, Texas.

A reception will be held at a later date.

The couple is residing in Devine.
