On Saturday in East Prairie at the 2009 Southeast Missouri Summertime Beauty Pageant, Kaitlyn Todd, Jackson, (parents Keith and Tisha Todd)won Queen, prettiest smile and best personality age 9-10, Jordahn Cook,Cape (parents Jerry and Krisinda Cook) won 1st Alternative, prettiest smile and best personality, age 6-11 months. Winners will ride in East Prairie's Fourth of July parade this weekend.
