Mrs. Hines is the daughter of Adam Swafford and Vicki Swafford of Millersville. She is a secretary at Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Hines is the son of Gary Hines and Deborah Hines of Belknap, Ill. He is general manager of Rhodes 101 Convenience Store at Fruitland.
