Police report 7/1/09Wednesday, July 1, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Sherry L. Dietiker, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no insurance and on suspicion of stealing. * William E. Alford, 34, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for nonsupport. * Candice M. Floyd, 44, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing. * Eugene L. Dodds, 17, 909 Hackberry St., Apt. 105, was arrested on suspicion of a fireworks violation. * A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a fireworks violation. * Robert L. Henry, 23, 808 S. Benton St., was arrested on a state warrant for probation violation. * Albert W. Toombs, 30, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 256, was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance. Assaults * An assault was reported. * A domestic assault was reported. A subject was arrested pending charges in connection with the incident. Thefts * Subway, 701 Broadway, reported a theft of money. * Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fountain sodas. * Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel. * A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing. * Vouchers were reported stolen at 1927 N. Kingshighway. Burglaries * A burglary was reported at 1224 William St. A door and furniture were reported damaged. * A burglary was reported at 424 S. Pacific St. A baby seat and bouncer were reported stolen. Property damage * A vehicle was reported damaged at 357 Siemers Drive. Miscellaneous * Two robberies were reported. * Tresspassing was reported. * Tampering was reported.
