Bridgewater, 21, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and stop-sign violation. Arrests * A subject was placed in custody pending charges for resisting arrest. * Christopher W. Lovies, 38, 611 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for having no license and no headlights. * Clarence E. Geiger III, 19, 901 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for marijuana possession. * Willie Harvey IV, 17, 109 Centennial Drive, was arrested on suspicion of a fireworks violation. * Raul G. Rodriguez, 36, 3007 Wisteria St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace. * Eucario Villasenor-Sanchez, 20, 3118 Westfield Drive, was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. * A 13-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of fireworks violations. * A 13-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control. * A 15-year-old juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a fireworks violation. * Avery C. Whitney, 18, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon. Summons * Robert L. Henry, 23, 808 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for noise violation. Assault * An assault was reported. Thefts * Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel. Burglary * A burglary was reported at 245 Park St., Apt. A. A PlayStation was reported stolen.
