Police report 6/24/09Wednesday, June 24, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. DWI * Wesley L. Foshee, 21, 33 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to stop at sign. Arrests * Jeremiah D. Smith, 28, 827 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of fraudulently attempting to obtain a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. * William L. Wells, 23, 1122 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol to a minor. * Christopher M. Johnston, 34, 1131 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of being a parole absconder. * Cameron R. Pope, 21, 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for probation violation. * Christopher A. Schaffer, 23, Jordan T. Beeson, 18, and Cameron R. Pope, 21, were arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain property free of litter. * Lindia S. Berends, 37, 2631 Jan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a license. * Anthony J. Figueroa, 21, of Desloge, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of property damage and trespassing. * Tyrone A. Jones, 20, 202 N. Park Drive, was arrested on suspicion of false report, felonious restraint, being a felon in possession of a firearm, speeding and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. * A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and receiving stolen property. * Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of curfew violation, fireworks and unlawful use of a weapon. * A 15-year-old boy was placed in custody on suspicion of interfering with arrest. * Aaron Smith, 50, 429 Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. * A suspect was arrested on suspicion of making a false report. * Leeann Hopson, 25, 1010 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for assault. * Cameron R. Pope, 21, 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation. * Dustin W. Turner, 18, 122 Bellevue St., Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon. * Russell G. Yarbro, 46, 809 S. Pacific st., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts, noise control, and resisting arrest. * Gregory L. Bailey, Jr., 19, 1024 William St., was arrested on suspicion of a fireworks violation. * Dwaine C. McDonad, 29, 1412 Lexington Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for speeding. * Sappira M. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel. * A Wii bundle, PlayStation and games were reported stolen at 3001 Mimosa Drive. * A DVD player and purse were reported stolen at 608 Sycamore Circle. Two girls were arrested in connection with the incident. * Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Three girls were arrested in connection with the incident. * Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of candy. * A cell phone was reported stolen at 2831 Whitener St., Apt. 2. * Shell, 3415 William St., reported a theft of fuel. * A bicycle was reported stolen at 220 N. Frederick St. * Money and a house deed were reported stolen at 1474 Rose St. * Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel. * Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Christopher M. Redford, 18, 1449 Whitener St., was arrested in connection with the incident. * Rhodes101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of fuel. Burglaries * A burglary was reported at 1638 Oak Hills Drive. Jewelry and money were reported stolen. * A burglary was reported at 2610 Ranchito Drive. A wedding band was reported stolen. Property damage * L&T Apartments, 1389 County Road 649, reported spray paint on a wall. Miscellaneous * Trespassing was reported. Jackson The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Theft * A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Main Street. Miscellaneous * A disturbance was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street. * A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive. * Fraud was reported in the 4700 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A fireworks violation was reported on Vera Wagner Drive.
