Police report 6/10/09

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Curtis Paul Williams, 17, 7 Village Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Neely Diane Ashford, 31, of Highlandville, Mo., was arrested on a Nixa, Mo., warrant for probation violation.

* John Devon Joseph Edmonds, 22, 1330 Karen Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of driving while revoked and false declaration.

* Raymond L. Pulliam, 22, 605 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Daniel C. Deforrest, 24, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of clothing.

* Medication was reported stolen at 821 William St.

* Cape United Auto, 1105 Independence St., reported a theft of a 1992 gold or tan Honda Accord.

* Money was reported stolen at 609 Themis St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at South Ellis and Elm streets.

Property damage

* Drywall was reported damaged at Armbruster Investments, 1150 New Madrid St.

Miscellaneous

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 19-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Sexual misconduct was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

* Tracy M. Armes, 23, 320 Shawnee Circle, No. 4, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Abbie L. Fieser, 17, 6448 County Road 324, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of Hillside Drive.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported in the 1700 block of North High Street.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Westridge Drive.

* Harassment was reported in the 1600 block of Kimbel Lane.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Traveler's Way.
