Letter to the Editor

What if it was president's daughters?

To the editor:

If I could interview President Bush and first lady Laura Bush, I would ask some hard questions. In a recent interview, President Bush was asked if all the deaths and casualties of our brave men and women was worth the invasion of Iraq. Bush said yes, he thought it was worth their sacrifice for the cause. I would like to ask both of them: If by chance one or both of your daughters was in the military and killed or maimed for life, would you still say it was worth their sacrifice for a good cause? Think about it.
