Eftink - Higgerson

Ronnie and Patti Eftink of Gordonville announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Jean Eftink, to Andrew Jackson Higgerson. He is the son of John and Debbie Higgerson of New Madrid, Mo.

Eftink is a 2003 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007. She is a registered nurse with Cape Physician Associates.

Higgerson is a 1999 graduate of New Madrid High School. He is a 2001 graduate of Arkansas State University. He is employed by W.M. Crysler John Deere in New Madrid.

A July 11 wedding is planned at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson.
