Police report 5/30/09Saturday, May 30, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. DWI * Paul J. Chatman, 24, 646 Terry Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. * A subject was in custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated. Arrests * Michael W. Davis, 40, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 109, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault. * Issac S. Barbour, 43, 202 N. Park St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Boone County warrant for child neglect and failure to appear for child neglect. * Stanley E. Hampton Jr., 24, 439 S. Spring St., Apt. 16H, was arrested on a warrant. * A subject was arrested pending charges of unlawful use of a weapon. * Shawn C. Seabaugh, 34, 1520 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon. * A 14-year-old was cited into juvenile court for stealing. Summonses * Randol J. Sims, 19, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor. * Brandon L. Crumb, 22, of Jackson was issued a summons for indecent exposure. * Travis W. Thomas, 25, of Jackson was issued a summons for prohibited acts, noise. Thefts * A cell phone was reported stolen at 20 S. Sprigg St. * A laptop computer was reported stolen at 2825 Whitener St. * Gymboree, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. * Rhodes 101, 447 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel. * Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of rewards cards. Christopher A. Schaffer, 23, 605 Amethyst St, was arrested in connection with the incident. * A wallet was reported stolen at 121 S. Sprigg St. * A wallet was reported stolen 1 S. Kingshighway. * Jewelry and clothing were reported stolen at 3439 William St. Kelly M. Seabaugh, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested in connection with the incident. Property damage * Vehicle damage was reported at 298 S.
