Police report 5/28/09Thursday, May 28, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Wednesday. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Michael L. Schlick, 52, 2768 Adeline Ave., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault. * Ryan M. Helper, 19, 230 S. Forester, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon. * Daniel E. Wren, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court on charges of improper registration, no seat belt and no insurance and a Callaway County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended. * A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault. * James A. Davis, 52, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a contempt of court charge for failure to pay fines and costs for stealing. * Leander West Jr., 21, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for a probation violation and failure to appear on a false declaration charge. * A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault. * Roman H. Summonses * Della C. Kuehle, 208 Camellia Drive, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle. * Carolyn Diane Wilson, 29, 919 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for noise violation. * Kateeka L. Hill, 30, 333 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for stealing. * Kevin Rowett, 39, 621 S. Henderson Ave., was issued a summons for noise violation. Assault * Domestic assault was reported. Thefts * Gasoline was reported stolen at Jasper's, 1008 N. Schlitt, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for speeding and driving without a license. Thefts * A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard. Property damage * Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Georgia Street. Miscellaneous * Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Old Cape Road. * A peace disturbance was reported at Redbud Street and Lilac Lane. * Tampering was reported in the 300 block of North Georgia Street.
