Partial transcript of Ellison's prison phone call

Authorities allege Max Ellison Jr., a former Stoddard County sheriff's deputy, killed Cape Girardeau woman Deborah Martin in 1979, in part based on a phone call Ellison made to Ralph Mouser, former Stoddard County sheriff, from a federal prison in 1989.
