Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Walter Beck Pollock, 31, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of second-degree domestic assault.

* Terrance S. Howard, 17, 3004 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Richard D. Paylor, 21,; James W. Eldreth, 21; James M. Wagaman, no age given, and Kenneth O. Dearman, 26, all of 1020 Kingsway Drive, were issued summonses for maintaining a disorderly house.

* Terrance S. Howard, 17, 3004 Themis St., was issued a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

Thefts

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen from 1105 Harmony St.

* A purse was reported stolen from 822 William St.

* A wallet was reported stolen from 1101 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A 52-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Bobby Abernathy, 29, 224 West Vale Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, under 35 grams.

* Logan Reed, 17, 506 Old Cape Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, under 35 grams and possible drug paraphernalia.

* Charles T. Jackson, 17, 409 Ojibway Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, under 35 grams and possible drug paraphernalia.

* Jonathon M. McNeely, 17, 8051 Highway 34, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, under 35 grams and possible drug paraphernalia.

Summons

* William G. Emde, 17, of Sedgewickville, Mo., received a summons for failure to show proof of insurance.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.
