Cape Christian School receives $3,000 grant from St. Louis Cardinals

Cape Christian School was the recipient of a $3,000 Cardinals Care grant this spring. CCS students and school administrator were present at Busch Stadium Friday afternoon for the grant celebration and press conference to announce the grant and receive the check. Monies will be used to purchase science tools to enhance the current science program at the school. Cape Christian School, located at 1855 Perryville Rd., has served the Cape Girardeau and surrounding communities since 1975, and is currently enrolling students in Pre-K3 -- 8th grades.
