Family Fun Fitness Class to begin May 21

The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department invites parents and their children to their new Family Fitness Fun class beginning Thursday, May 21. The class will meet on Thursday evenings from 5:30-- 6:30 p.m. at the 4-H Exhibit Hall in Arena Park. Classes will be held outside when weather permits.

Children must be between 7 and 15 years old. The class will improve power, balance, agility, speed, strength, coordination, flexibility and cardio respiratory endurance and stamina for adults and children. Activities include boot camp, kickboxing, floor aerobics, plyometrics, strength training and much more. Bring the entire family and have fun while burning calories together. Daily admission is $3.50 for adults and $2.50 for children. Twelve session punch cards are available for $30. Punch cards can be purchased at class, Osage Community Centre or A.C. Brase Arena.
