Police report 4/25/09Saturday, April 25, 2009Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Kevin G. Laster, 37, 807 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated. * Marvin R. Hamilton, 35, 1101 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault. * A 15-year-old boy was placed in custody for being beyond parental control. * Corey J. Harris, 26, 2040 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trial, and failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines and no insurance. * Temika N. Cleaves, 26, 2842 Independence St., Apt. 11, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation. * Randy K. Horne, 50, 123 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 1, was arrested on two Sikeston, Mo., warrants for contempt of court. * A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault. * Nikki L. Russell, 35, 1003 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault. * Patrick E. Russell, 36, 1003 Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault. Summonses * Paxton O. Ayers, 39, 1902 Sapphire St., was issued a summons for noise disturbance. * Cherish R. Ferguson, 19, 424 S. Spring St., Apt. H, was issued a summons for noise disturbance. Thefts * A key was reported stolen at Broadway and Kingsway Drive. * Miscellaneous household items were reported stolen at 211 S. Hanover St. * Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel. * Shoes and clothing were reported stolen at 1700 Broadway. * Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel. * An iPod and case were reported stolen at 1000 South Silver Springs Road. Jackson The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Burglaries * Two burglaries were reported in the 5100 block of Birk Lane. Goninan, 31, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Arrests * Lindsey D. Medlin, 19 of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol. * Kayla D. Broyles, 19, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. * Matthew T. Eisenhaur, 28, of Wauchula, Fla., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree domestic assault. * Christy D. Smart, 33, of Campbell, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and disturbing the peace. * Zachary D. Humphrey, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana. * Nicholas D. Seabaugh, 28, of Delta, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation. * Lawrence R. Robideau, 32, of Gordonville, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon and domestic assault.
