Advice to Nathan Cooper: It's time to move on

Now that Nathan Cooper is released, it is time for him to act on the reflections he had in prison. It is time to be an instrument of good. Life goes on, Mr. Cooper. Do not let any inner bitterness toward anyone eat you up inside.

There are those who despise you, so the best thing to do is to lead a righteous life. Life is not about money or big toys in our lives. Life is about having healthy and meaningful relationships.

Money and power do not heal the inner wounds in us. They only hide the symptoms. It is time to go forward and to forget the past. There comes a time when we have to stop proving ourselves to others. Many people chose their careers to show that they are worth the acceptance of others. This is an awful mistake.

The fact is we all must do the right thing for the future of our children and grandchildren. What we leave today's youths is how you will be remembered in the future.
