PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Doris Mary Killian, 85, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Perryville, died Jan. 30, 2008, at Sarasota Memorial Hospital.
She was born Dec. 3, 1922, in Perryville, daughter of Albert Francis and Mary Gertrude Gagnepain Moore.
She married Oscar Killian Jr.
She had been a secretary for St. Vincent de Paul Rectory before her retirement. She served as president of Village Green Condo Association for 15 years. She also served the same organization as secretary for five years. She was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church in Sarasota.
Survivors include her husband of Sarasota; two sons, Richard Killian of Dunedian, Fla., Michael Killian of O'Fallon, Mo.; three daughters, Virginia Herrick of Chesterfield, Mo., JoAnn McCandlish of Florissant, Mo., Jacqueline Harris of Sarasota; three sisters, Hazel Unnerstall and Dorothy Brown, both of Perryville, Mary Katherine Lorenze of Ironton, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and six great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Gathering Space at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville.
A memorial Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of arrangements.
