Amended city code by establishing handicapped parking on a portion of Perry Avenue.

Granted a special-use permit to Phillips Development Corporation d/b/a PDC Development for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating a 32-unit apartment complex and one on-site manager's unit in the 1000 block of Hackberry Street.
