Missouri Association for Family and Community Education contest winners announced

The Missouri Association for Family and Community Education hosted a fourth-grade essay and art contest with the theme "responsibility." The contest encouraged students to strive for excellence and creativity in reading, writing and drawing, and to understand the practice of responsibility. The first-place winner was Katherine Carns of Clippard Elementary School; second place, Caleb Schnurbusch from Immaculate Conception School; third place, Katie Kinder from Clippard Elementary School.
