Ill. road crews remove Blagojevich's name

CHICAGO -- The blue and white signs touting former governor Rod Blagojevich and his open-road tolling project grace dozens of spots along the Illinois Tollway. But after this weekend the name of the ex-governor will be gone, covered up by new panels on the signs. Tollway officials said they're acting on their own, not at the request of Gov. Pat Quinn. Workers are adding aluminum panels to the signs marked with the plaza's name and number.
