A public hearing regarding a proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance revising the definition of a home occupation.

A public hearing regarding the request of Alan and Ruth Langston and Stephen and Veronica Langston for a permit to construct a new child-care center on the northwest corner of Mount Auburn Road and Old Hopper Road in an R-1, single-family residential district.

Consent ordinances

(Second and third readings)

An ordinance accepting quit-claim deeds and general warranty deeds from various property owners and collector's deeds from the Cape Girardeau County collector for properties with delinquent tax bills. Second and third readings.

An ordinance accepting a permanent utility easement and temporary access easement from Mitch Kinder Development LLC for the improvement of Randol Farms Ninth Subdivision.

An ordinance to execute a relinquishment of roadway agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for work related to the South Ramsey Branch lift station and force main project.

An ordinance granting a special-use permit to Rivendell Properties LLC for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating an office and retail unit at the entrance of Lexington Place Subdivision.
