Jackson wedding planner arrested on suspicion of credit card fraud

A Jackson wedding planner is in the Cape Girardeau County Jail on charges that he used customer credit cards to make personal purchases, Lt. David James of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday.
