Ronnie Preyer

Ronnie W. Preyer, 47, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at Saint Francis Medical Center.

He was born Aug. 4, 1961, in Millington, Tenn., son of Wallace and Hattie Jefferson Preyer. He and Kirsten Holland were married July 5, 2008, in Cape Girardeau.

He was a 1980 graduate of Portageville High School in Portageville, Mo. He was employed at Family Moving and Storage in Jackson.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Survivors include his wife; six sons, Martellas, Ronnie, Dominique, Javon, James and Amari; two daughters, Naquita and Emily; his mother of Columbia, Mo.; four brothers, Melvin, Curtis, Everett and David; two sisters, Regina and Debra; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Portageville Cemetery.
