Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jennifer L. Welker, 25, 2410 Sunny Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Rick L. Aaron, 33, 713 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Sabrina R. Madison, 27, 521 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and property damage.

* Rodney L. Glover Jr., 19, 522 Boxwood St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* James T. Franklin, 26, of 1834 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and property damage.

* Aaron S. Laughlin, 25, 218 William St., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon and property damage.

* Justin D. Schott, 21, no known address, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for tampering and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of paraphernalia.

Summons

* Walter W. Gordon III, 58, 605 Themis St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter at 1104 William St.

Robbery

* Two people on Big Bend Road reported being robbed of jewelry, currency, checks and a wallet.

Stealing

* Checks were reported stolen from 917 S. Pacific St.

* An Xbox 360 was reported stolen and windows damaged at 1015 S. Sprigg St.

* A lawn mower, string trimmers, a leaf blower and plastic cans were reported stolen from 3439 William St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen from 1230 Bertling St.

* Cell phones were reported stolen from 128 S. Pacific St.

* Medication was reported stolen from 3014 Aspen St.

Property damage

* A window was broken and metal trim damaged on a vehicle at 1905 Rust Ave.

* Property damage was reported at 449 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* A wooden statue of an eagle and a wolf was found.

* An animal cruelty incident was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

n Albert A. Januszewski, 66, 1123 Neongwah Bend Road, Linn Creek, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to used a turn signal and failure to maintain a single lane.

* Jenny E. Scroggins, 33, 120 N. Bast St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

* Dustin W. Parmer, 23, 9547 State Highway 72, Millersville, was arrested on a Reynolds County warrant for receiving stolen property.

Miscellaneous

* A littering incident was reported in the 1000 block of Brandom Street.

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of August Street.

* A burglary was reported on Eagle Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Birdie Lane.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Safety released the following item:

* A purse with contents valued at more than $500 was stolen from the Show Me Center.
