Arrests
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for false declaration and curfew violation.
* Derek D. Renshaw, 18, 1700 County Road 651, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
* James C. Combs, 46, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
* James E.D. Hayden, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Orenthal J. McCluney, 24, 120 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and on a Mississippi County warrant for child neglect.
* William D. Stewart, 49, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation absconder.
* Christopher A. Klein, 23, of Carbon Hill, Ala., was arrested on suspicion of having an open container and resisting arrest.

* A domestic assault was reported.
Burglaries
* A burglary was reported at 2328 Winner Circle. A safe was reported taken.
* A burglary was reported at 605 N. Spanish St., Apt. 1F.
* A burglary and property damage were reported at 714 and 716 S. Ellis St.
Thefts
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A door window was reported broken at 2210 Hillbrook Drive.
* A vehicle window was reported broken at 1157 S. West End Blvd. A purse was reported taken.

* A 41-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Forgery was reported.
* A peace disturbance was reported at 3439 William Street.
* A 49-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 28-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
