A lot of people take RT. 201 From Chaffee to Cape because it Knocks off 2 miles, Instead of going into Scott City and hopping on 55 North.Nice little shortcut. However the County has failed to Ever put striped lines down the middle. It's hard to stay on your own side, at night, on foggy, or rainy nights. And slippery,I have seen where people have slid thru the stopsign on the Southwest side of the Airport. It's just a Black top road. Also,What is the Speed limit on 201? There's never been a Speedlimit sign posted.Who's County is it?Cape or Scott. Someone Should take responsibility for the safety of our commuters.
I have a freind who was stopped on that road by a state trooper. He stated that on rural roads were there is no speed limit posted , the speed limit is 60 mph. that road is in scott county
