Renee Peters
Renee Peters, age 10, belongs to the Tilsit 4-H Club in Cape County. After competing in Public Speaking at a local level at the County Fair/Achievement Day in June, she advanced to the State Contest, which was held in Comlumbia on September 27th. She took First place in the Extemporary Speech category.
