<li> An ordinance accepting a quit-claim deed from the federal government for the flood-control project detention reservoir.

<li> An ordinance granting a special-use permit to the city to construct, maintain and operate a fire station, communications center and emergency operations center at 1975 N. Sprigg St.

<li> An ordinance granting a special-use permit for two signs at 2917 Independence St.

<li> An ordinance rezoning land on the south side of Brenda Kay Court.

<li> An ordinance accepting easements for the improvement of Minnesota Avenue between Bloomfield Road and Brink Street.

<li> An ordinance executing an agreement with the Missouri State Highways and Transportation Commission for the transfer of maintenance of Vantage Drive to the city.
