Police report 9/23/08Tuesday, September 23, 2008Cape Girardeau The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Janice M. Cosgrove, 56, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing. * Rosemary Inserra, 51, 1032 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for drug violation. * A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.
DWIs
* Samuel L. McGinty, 24, 1435 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. * Steven P. Richardet, 51, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. * Aquisha L. Green, 34, of Columbia, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Summonses * Adam D. Cromer, 17, 1844 Lawanda Drive, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol. * Victor W. Powell, 27, 333 N. Ellis St., Apt. E, was issued a summons for an ordinance violation. * Freddie L. Sanders, 44, 1327 rear N. West End Blvd. Apt. 1, was issued a summons for failure to maintain a property free of litter. Assault * An assault and robbery was reported. Thefts * Medication was reported stolen at 1105 Linden St., Apt. 204. * Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline. * Prescription medication was reported stolen at 1119 Good Hope St. * Jewelry was reported stolen at 1255 Perryville Road. * A television was reported stolen at 545 S. Spring Ave., Apt. C. * Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline. * BP, 3276 William St., reported a theft of gasoline. * Kidds, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline. * A Pioneer receiver was reported missing in the 1600 block of Good Hope Street.
