Looking for clues

Cape Girardeau police continue to look for a woman charged with murder and the person or persons who set fire to a house on William Street that resulted in a man's death. These and other crimes remain unsolved because vital information is unavailable or missing. Without that information, police are stymied in their efforts to bring the responsible individuals to justice.

While the public observes these tragic deaths from afar and often frets that arrests aren't made quickly, the same public has an obligation to share information that could be vital to resolving these crimes.

If you have information about the whereabouts of Tambra Turner, wanted for murder, or anyone who might have been involved in setting the deadly house fire, please contact the police.

Individuals who want to give information anonymously can do so by calling Crime Stoppers of Southeast Missouri at 332-0500.

Your information could be a key piece in the puzzle of these unsolved crimes. Please do the right thing.
