Police report 9/8/08Monday, September 8, 2008The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following incidents. Arrests do not imply guilt. Arrests * Christopher S. Brooks, 45, 1501 N. Main St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for stealing and driving while revoked. * Charles A. Weaver, 26, 328 County Road 247, Corning, Ark., on a Butler County warrant for possession of marijuana. Summonses * Brandie Lynn Russia, 28, 135 S. Spanish St., was issued a summons for animal neglect. * Danyelle L. Pate, 28, 406 Roth, Scott City, was issued a summons for stealing. * Jesika N. Butler, 27, 220 West Wolf Lake, Ill., was issued a summons for stealing. * Michael R. McKeon, 19, 816 Queen Anne Plaza, St. Louis, was issued a summons for indecent exposure. * Miranda N. Ford, 17, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, minor in possession, no headlights and no seat belt. * Justin H. King, 33, 5452 Kelly Lane, Harrisburg, Ark., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated. Assault * An assault was reported at 1751 Independence St. Theft * Bank cards and identification were reported stolen from a vehicle parked at 1502 Scott St. * A purse was reported stolen at Spanish and Themis streets. * A Schwinn motor scooter was reported stolen at Arena Park. * Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of gasoline. * Two Missouri license plates, 882-YCR, were reported stolen from South Kingshighway and Highway 74. * A political sign was reported stolen from 931 N. Cape Rock Drive. * Jasper's, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline. * Rhodes 101, 2109 Wiliam St., reported the theft of gasoline. * Wheels and tires were reported stolen from a rental car a 2849 Vista Lane. * Cash was reported stolen at 3439 William St. * A bicycle was reported stolen at 546 S. Pacific St. * CDs, an amplifier, a subwoofer and a purse were reported stolen from a vehicle at Main and Independence streets. Burglary * A burglary was reported. Miscellaneous * A peace disturbance was reported at 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive. * A liquor law violation was reported at 621 Good Hope St.

Summons * A summons was issued to Robert C. Bobb, 40, 209 S. Lorimier, for driving while suspended and failure to register motor vehicle annually. Thefts * A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A theft was reported in the 400 block of South Hope Street. * A theft was reported in the 4100 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A theft was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street. Miscellaneous * Disorderly conduct was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard. * A peace/noise disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Bunker Drive. * A fight in progress was reported in the 300 block of North Shawnee Boulevard. * A peace/noise disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of East Adams Street. * A peace/noise disturbance was reported in the 1400 block of East Main Street. * Two reports of lost property near City Park. * Harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street. * Harassment was reported in the 200 block of West Mary Street. * Warrant service in the 500 block of South Hope Street. |
