Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Joshua K. Moore, 24, 1018 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended operator's license and improper turn.

* Ryan T. Schlosser, 24, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane and failure to provide proof of insurance.

Arrests

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for possession of a controlled substance.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.

Summonses

* Shaun M. Stevens, 2118 Brink St., received a summons for telephone harassment.

* Scotty L. Griffin, 17, of Jonesboro, Ill., received a summons for property damage

* Cory M. Johns, 19, 405 Oak Forest Drive, received a summons for assault.

Thefts

* Two bicycles were reported stolen at 1330 Howell St.

* Tractor Supply, 501 S. Kings-highway, reported the theft of a gift card.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported two incidents of gasoline theft.

* A barbecue grill was reported stolen at 502 S. Hanover St.

* Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of candy. A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of a can of beer.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings-highway, reported a theft of money. Brendon G. Wright, 23, 2857 Themis St., Apt. B3, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings-highway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 1427 N. Henderson St. Computer printers, a DVD player and a stereo were reported stolen.

Property damage

* A rear vehicle window was reported broken at 1802 Northbridge Drive.

* A rear vehicle window was reported broken at 2581 Lisa Drive.

* A truck camper shell was reported damaged at 1606 Price Drive.

* A gravestone was reported overturned in Lorimier Cemetery.

Miscellaneous

* A 63-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Justin A. Grayson, 23, 714 Andrew St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to use a turn signal, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.

Summons

* Samantha Pruitt, 17, 185 Weiss Blvd., received a summons for property damage.
