Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* David R. Eskew, 19, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Britney C. Porter, 26, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.

* Brian A. Segura, 20, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Jason R. Schuler, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Anthony G. Southhall, 28, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for speeding and no operator's license.

* Christopher A. Caldwell, 22, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael R. Heard, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* A subject is in custody pending charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

* A 12-year-old girl was taken into custody for a curfew violation.

Thefts

* A theft was reported at 2528 Meadow Lane.

* A motorcycle was reported stolen at 1227 College St.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* A theft was reported at 213 Edgewood Road.

* A theft was reported at 1928 Carolina Lane.

* A theft was reported.

* A license place was reported stolen at 603 N. Middle St.

* A chain and master lock were stolen at 1300 Water St.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.

Property damage

* A headlight on a vehicle was reported damaged at 421 Sheridan Drive.

* A motorcycle was reported damaged at 1703 Whitener St.

* A front window was reported broken was 330 N. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

* A 51-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 52-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 20-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and South Hope Street.
