Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Nichole Welker, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Bruce McClard, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* A subject was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court for possession of alcohol by a minor.

* Kevin Rhen, no age given, 20 N. Pind Wood Lane, was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Joe Vaughn, 1260 Linden St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.

* Harrison V. Saxon, no age given, 2142 Kenneth Dr., was arrested on a Green County warrant for fraud.

* Joey Johnson, no age given, 2810 Whitener St., Apt. 1, was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* A subject was issued a summons for exhibition driving.

* David Wallis Jr., no age given, 2909 Cuesta Drive, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at 107 N. Main St.

* An assault was reported at 2023 Independence St.

Burglaries

* A laptop was reported stolen at 1145 S. Pacific St.

* First-degree burglary was reported at 419 Bellevue St. Property damage was also reported in the incident.

* First-degree burglary and stealing was reported at 310 S. Sprigg St.

Thefts

* A DVD player and DVDs were reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Montgomery Bank, 2027 Broadway, reported the theft of money.

* A wallet was reported stolen.

* Kidds, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Money was reported stolen at 234 Broadway, Apt. 1.

Property damage

* A car window was reported broken at 407 Morgan Oak St.

Miscellaneous

* Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.

* A dog bite was reported at 420 S. Benton St.
