Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

n Craig A. Stevens, 41, 401 Lou Ann Drive, Herrin, Ill., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

* A subject was taken into custody pending charges for littering and prohibited acts.

* Candida D. Prater, no age or address given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Justin Barschell Demolle, 17, 822 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending issuance of a Cape Girardeau warrant for false declaration.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending issuance of a Missouri state warrant for resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

* A suspect was taken into custody pending issuance of a Missouri state warrant for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Summons

* Herald T. Dobbs Jr., no age or address given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to maintain property.

* Jonathan Lee Lockidge, 20, 1014 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for a noise violation and resisting arrest.

Theft

* A theft was reported at 117 N. Middle St.

* Rhodes 101, 920 N. Kings¿highway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported theft of gasoline.

* An organizer and cash were reported stolen at Route K and Seimers Drive.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 1122 Ranney Ave.

* A debit card and cash were reported stolen at 2825 Bloomfield Road.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 148 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged at 1 Capaha Park.

Miscellaneous

* There was an assist to the U.S. Immigration Service at 2407 Albert Rasche Drive.

* A subject was taken into protective custody.

* An ex parte violation was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

* Arthur L. Berthold, 33, of Route 1, Box 26A, in Marquand, Mo., was issued a citation for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assault

* An assault was reported in the 1100 block of Lakewoods Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 700 block of Abbie Court.
