BOONE COUNTY, Mo. — After two days of testimony and several hours of deliberation, a Boone County jury convicted Vincent Keith Minner for the murder of 49-year-old Michael Terry of Sikeston, Mo., today.
Evidence and testimony showed that on Dec. 5, 2006, Minner, 43, of New Madrid, Mo., shot and stabbed Terry in his home at 819 Davis Blvd. in Sikeston. Terry's wife also suffered injuries in the attack.
After two days of testimony and eight hours of deliberation Minner was found guilty of first-degree murder by a jury. The Jury recommended Minner be given life in prison without the possibility of parole.

This man should have not even been on the streets, his criminal record is completely out of control. He has assulted the police resisted arrest, and so many more things. He should have been in prison for a few years and maybe, just maybe this would not have happened.
