DWIs
* Joseph H. Boyer, 56, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a St. Francis County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
* Andre C. Rodgers, 22, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* David A. Scott, 38, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for probation violations, child neglect and trespassing.
* James E. Burgins, 49, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for suspended operator's license.
* Rickie L. Brown, 30, 503 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
* A subject is in custody pending charges for possession with intent to distribute and driving while revoked.
* Joy A. Presley, 46, of Scott City was arrested on a Taney County warrant for fraud.
* Ralph L. Smith, Jr., 18, of 1430 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for resisting arrest.
Thefts
* A theft was reported at 2126 Independence St.
* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 546 Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Shoes were reported stolen at 513 N. Fountain St., Apt. C.
* Tools were reported stolen at 2907 Lear St.
* Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A checkbook and CDs were reported stolen at 412 S. Sprigg St.
* CDs, an iPod, a cell phone and clothing were reported stolen at 1228 W. Cape Rock Drive.
* Medication was reported stolen at 2010 Brink Ave.
* An iPod was reported stolen at 406 S. Spring Ave.
* A CD player and a satellite radio receiver were reported stolen at 406 S. Spring Ave.
* Money was reported stolen at 35 S. Kingshighway.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen.
* A handicapped placard was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
