Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Tony Lamark Harris Jr., 19, of 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for violation of order of protection.

Anthony Raye Johnson, 35, of 515 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 23, was arrested Saturday on a Jackson County warrant for probation violation.

Billy R. Fowler, 31, of 706 E. Fourth St., Scott City, was arrested Sunday on a Scott County warrant.

Layota N. Isaac, 18, of 213 N. Clark St., was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

Summonses

Gary Richard Haas, 20, of 413 N. Frederick St., received a summons Sunday for a disorderly household.

Frederick Bernard Ackermann, 24, and Jodi Elizabeth Weber, 22, both of 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 301, received summonses Sunday for a disorderly household.

Rachel Leigh Welk, 20, and Kathleen Patricia Michalas, 21, both of 102 N. Henderson Ave., received summonses Sunday for a disorderly household.

Maurice Rashun McClinton, 20, of 39 Village on the Green, received a summons Sunday for fleeing lawful detention and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Trent E. Tollison, 20, of 632 Whitelaw Ave., received a summons Sunday for driving while suspended.

Larry J. Bridges Jr., 18, of 125 N. Clark St., received a summons Sunday for prohibited noise acts.

Assault

Domestic assault was reported Saturday at the 500 block of South Hanover Street.

Thefts

Money was reported taken and a vehicle dash damaged Saturday at the 400 block of Bellevue Street.

Kmart reported two-way radios taken and assault Saturday at 11 S. Kingshighway.

Wal-Mart reported stealing Sunday at 3439 William St. Terri M. Duncun, 25, and Joshua K. Duncun, 30, of 426 North St., received summonses in connection with the complaint.

Cash was reported taken and a door damaged Saturday at 2021 Themis St.

Chairs and a heater were reported taken and a window damaged Saturday at 429 S. West End Blvd.

A door handle was reported taken Saturday at 2039 Perryville Road.

Plaza Tire Service reported attempted burglary and two locks damaged Sunday at 1634 N. Kingshighway.Property Damage

Cape Auto Pool reported property damage Sunday at 1238 Meadowbrook Drive.

Miscellaneous A request for service was reported Saturday at the 2500 block of Abbey Road.

A payroll check was reported found at 24 S. Sheridan Drive.

An adult-male missing person was reported located Saturday at Kingshighway and Lexington Avenue.

Phone harrassment was reported Sunday at the 2800 block of Whitener Street.

A male, 22, was taken into protective custody Sunday at Main and Independence streets, pending filing of formal charges.

A vehicle knowingly burned was reported Sunday at the 400 block of South Pacific Street.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Sunday in the 1000 block of Jefferson Street.

A female juvenile was reported in curfew violation Sunday at Caruthers Avenue and Lacey Street.

Driving while suspended, peace disturbance and no financial responsibility were reported Sunday at Pacific and Morgan Oak streets. A woman was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

A 1986 Mercury was towed Sunday at Broadway and Spanish Street.

A 1990 Mitsubishi was towed Sunday at Pacific and Bellevue streets.

A knife was reported found Sunday at 127 S. Louisiana Ave.

A 1989 Ford was towed Sunday at 56 N. Pacific St.

A male juvenile was reported bitten by a vicious dog Sunday at 1105 Ranney Ave.

Phone harassment was reported Sunday at 213 N. Clark St.
